Back in July, collaborative code repository GitHub raised a whopping $100 million from Andreessen Horowitz to build out an enterprise version of the service, among other things. Up until now, it's been in need of someone to help the co-founders manage that cash and keep the fiscal ship from any nearby cliffs.
